GENERAL VISITATION RULES
On the premises of the MUSEUM OF THE IMPOSSIBLE, children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult, unless otherwise agreed. One adult can accompany a maximum of five children under 14 years old. When visiting with school groups, children must be accompanied by at least one teacher. In this case, one teacher, parent, or another adult can accompany up to ten children. Parents can only accompany children from school groups together with a teacher. Organizing visits for school groups solely by parents, without the knowledge of the teacher and/or director, is not permitted. Accompanying individuals are responsible for the safety and health of the children they accompany. All visitors must adhere to the current safety measures at the MUSEUM OF THE IMPOSSIBLE. Visitors are responsible for their belongings during their stay at the MUSEUM OF THE IMPOSSIBLE. The MUSEUM OF THE IMPOSSIBLE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items left unattended. Found items on the premises may be kept without the Company having any obligation to safeguard
PROHIBITIONS ON THE PREMISES OF THE MUSEUM OF THE IMPOSSIBLE
Bringing and consuming food and drinks, except for water and baby food Smoking in any form or by any means, including on the stairways Bringing weapons and other dangerous items Speaking loudly and any actions that may cause discomfort or danger to other visitors Running among the exhibits and climbing on unauthorized areas Leaving children under 14 years old unattended Disposing of waste outside designated areas Entering staff and technical rooms Visitors who do not comply with the rules and current safety measures will be asked to leave the MUSEUM OF THE IMPOSSIBLE without a refund of the paid service fee. The MUSEUM OF THE IMPOSSIBLE is a secured facility with technical means for video surveillance. Persons in an intoxicated state and those with bulky items are not allowed in the building of the MUSEUM OF THE IMPOSSIBLE.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF VISITORS
Visitors must take care of the exhibits and facilities. In case of damage, the responsible parties are liable for the property and must cover the costs for repair and/or restoration. For the safety of all visitors, careful observation of the exhibits is recommended. If information or assistance is needed, visitors should contact the staff. Visitors must follow the instructions on the signs and the directions of the staff in the MUSEUM OF THE IMPOSSIBLE.
